Freshly made lasagne sheets layered with Neapolitan tomato sauce, grated carrots, sliced mushrooms, grated zucchini, green beans, corn kernels and peas, topped with silky bechamel sauce, mozzarella and grated cheese. This large, 6 serve, tray of lasagna is freshly baked for you.  You can reheat portions in the microwave or reheat the whole tray in the oven. Properly refrigerated (5 C degrees or less) will last for 5 days.  It is recommended to freeze it if the total of the tray is not  consumed.
